I spent 14 years at HSBC Private Bank and Allianz Partners, in Monaco, Geneva, London and then Paris, finishing as Global Head of Digital Products. I then designed and built The Sandbox DAO, an autonomous organisation, from scratch: its legal entity and its bank accounts. I hired the 30 people who ran it: the foundation’s director, the legal counsel, the finance team, the grant managers and the community members who joined us. From 2023 to 2026, I was the executive lead of this DAO, with no CEO by design and a $7.5M operating budget over 2 years: 38 proposals taken through curation, review, vote and execution. Then I led an orderly wind-down in Q1 2026, after a 10x fall in its token: every commitment honoured and a positive balance. Today, through Arasakio, I hold the COO seat for scale-ups that don’t have one yet, or take charge of a project alongside their core business.
